1. Registration with INVESTIDO
In the first step, you only need to enter your e-mail and password, then you will receive a confirmation of your registration. After verifying your email address, you will have access to the client section.

2. Identification and signature of the framework agreement
To start investing, you need to fill in your identification details. Once you have entered them, you will be prompted to enter into a Framework Agreement on Participation. You will receive a confirmation code again by email. The contract will be accessible at any time in your profile.

3. First payment to your Wallet
After entering your identification details, a unique variable symbol will be generated for you, which you will find along with your account number in the Wallet section.

4. Invest
Once the payment is credited to your Wallet, you can start choosing your first property to invest in.

Your invested money appreciates with us in two ways:
1) Monthly payout of a proportional part of the rent (share of Rent)
2) property appreciation over time (expected Property Appreciation)

Thanks to the long-term experience of our colleagues, we are able to look for opportunities on the real estate market for you that are undervalued, but at the same time have a high potential for value growth and a promising return.
Apartments added to the application are usually renovated or in very good condition and with a paying tenant.

Rental returns typically range between 4.5 – 6% per year. However, if we include the Property Appreciation at the end of the investment, the returns average over 10% per year.

Returns from the share on Rent are automatically credited every month (always on the 1st day of the following month) to your Wallet on the Portal, from which you can withdraw the funds or reinvest them. At the end of the investment round, we will also calculate your share of the Property Appreciation. This profit will be credited to your Wallet no later than two calendar months after the end of the investment.
