1. Registration with INVESTIDO
In the first step, just enter your email and password, then you will receive a confirmation of registration. After verifying your email address, you will have access to the client section.

2. Identification and signing of the framework agreement
In order to start investing, you must fill in your identification data. After entering them, you will be prompted to conclude a Framework Agreement on Participation. You will receive a confirmation code again by email. The contract will be accessible at any time in your profile.

3. First payment to the Wallet
After entering your identification data, a unique variable symbol will be generated for you, which you will find along with the account number in the Wallet section.

4. Invest
Once the payment is credited to your Wallet, you can start choosing your first property to invest in.

After registration, a profile will be created for you in the INVESTIDO Portal, to which you can then send funds under the variable symbol provided in the Wallet. Then you just need to choose a specific participation, the amount you want to invest, select an investment strategy, and confirm the investment. The selected investment will be added to the "My Investments" section, and you will start earning from the next day.

You can deposit or withdraw funds as needed in the "Wallet" section. After the money is credited, you choose the property and the amount you want to invest. Money is usually deposited into the Wallet immediately (after being credited to our account). In the case of a withdrawal, you will receive the money in your bank account within 3 days.
The minimum investment amount is 500 CZK, the maximum amount is 1,000,000 CZK.

Your invested money appreciates in two ways:
1) Monthly payment of a proportional part of the rent (share of Rent)
2) Property appreciation over time (expected Property Appreciation)

Thanks to the long-term experience of our colleagues, we are able to find opportunities in the real estate market that are undervalued in price, but at the same time have high potential for value growth and promising returns.
Apartments added to the application are usually after reconstruction or in very good condition and with a paying tenant.

Rental returns typically range between 4.5 - 6% per year. However, if we add Property Appreciation at the end of the investment, the returns average over 10% per year.

Returns from the share of Rent are automatically credited to your Wallet on the Portal every month (always on the 1st day of the following month), from which you can withdraw funds or reinvest them. At the end of the investment round, we will also calculate your share of the Property Appreciation. This profit will be credited to your Wallet no later than two calendar months after the end of the investment.

After the investment ends, you will receive your invested amount along with your share of the Property Appreciation back into your Wallet. You can then choose a new investment opportunity.

INVESTIDO is an investment Portal designed for all individuals over 18 years of age.

This type of investment generally carries less risk, as every such investment is backed by a specific property at the end. However, it is necessary to familiarize yourself with the possible risks of investing and also to diversify your portfolio. Tax returns must be consulted with your tax advisor. However, every year we will provide you with an overview of all your income and expenses made on our platform.
